St. Cloud Area School District values the strong connection between our schools and the community. We are proud to offer our facilities and activity spaces for community use when they are not in use for early education, elementary and secondary programs.
It is the policy of the school board to encourage the use of District 742 schools and facilities. The community education department will coordinate the use and rental of all school district buildings and facilities.
Certificate of Liability Insurance Requirement:
To conduct activities on district property, any individual, group or organization that is not an official ISD 742 program or district co-sponsored entity must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. This insurance must include a clause releasing the school district from liability for any incident that might occur while the group is on district property.
All facility use requests must be submitted via the online application. Phone and email requests will no longer be accepted.
Additional Facility Use Information
To reserve a facility space with District 742, please complete an online application. A ten-day advance notice is required. You will receive confirmation of your request once it has been reviewed and approved by the facilities coordinator. NOTE: Prepayment for facility rentals is required.
