Policies
Cancellations:
- Complete refund is given if a class is cancelled or filled.
- A $5 cancellation fee plus direct expenses (materials, transportation, ticket, and/or other class costs) will be charged if participants cancel a class within five working days and up to 24 hours prior to class.
- Classes canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Financial Assistance:
To participate in Community Education classes, assistance is given to District 742 residents, if needed. Verification required.
Eligible UCare members may get up to a $15 discount on many community education classes in Minnesota. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the class. Members need to provide their UCare ID number when registering for class. Limits and restrictions may apply. Please contact Community Education for more information at 320-370-8200.
Late Pick-Ups:
A late fee will be charged for late pick-ups ($5/15 min.) payable at the time of pick-up.
School Closings:
If school closes during the day due to bad weather, Community Education will cancel all activities. Announcements are broadcast over local radio stations. Learn more about District Weather Announcements.
